I have done a lot of wedding at San Galgano Abbey but never at night ! It was a surreal experience, the only light was that of the 700 candles placed around them. The getting ready , the photos in the gardens and the dinner were taken in Borgo Santo Pietro which is only one kilometer from the abbey. To move from the Borgo to the Abbey they rode a stunning vintage Mercedes cabriolet during the sunset.
